The basic arrangement of creating new CAMPAIGNS remains as you have been used to.
The main innovation is the inclusion of so-called SEGMENTS in the selection of recipients.
Segments (groups) make it possible to create a much more detailed and flexible specification of the campaign conditions.
They replace, for example, the previously used function of sending clients living "within the range" or on a specific date.
The setting of the segments itself takes place in the FLOWCHART section, which enables easy visualization of the processes of creating the resulting conditions used in the campaign.
And how does this process work?
- In the flowchart, you will prepare the desired segment (group), which you will be able to use repeatedly and which, unlike the static conditions in the campaign, it automatically updates according to your set parameters.
- You will then select this segment as a condition in the campaign.
